NO FLY ZONE ILLEGALY INITIATED

Perhaps the President should read the U.S. Constitution Article 1, Section 8 that delegates the power to declare war and the power to define and punish Offences against the Law of Nations to Congress. He may be the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, but the authority to initiate military action belongs to Congress.

Congress, as usual, has no problem with letting others usurp their constitutional powers. They no longer represent we the people but only the party to which they belong. We the people are Americans first, not Democrats and Republicans. Our soldiers don't fight as Democrats or Republicans, they fight as Americans. This is why war should be initiated by Congress and not by one individual, even if that person is President.

EXECUTIVE ORDERS NOT ALL THAT

If you are an employee of the executive branch, President Obama has constitutional authority to order you to do anything that does not violate your constitutional rights or your God formed conscience.

If you are not an employee of the executive branch, you can ignore any executive order because President Obama has zero legislative power under the U.S. Constitution. He cannot legally order you or me or GM or any other company to do anything. We are obligated to obey duly enacted laws that do not violate God's law. I have no King but Jesus.

The congressional branch should defend the constitution when the other branches usurp its sole power to legislate. Judicial power extends to cases, not to law. Injunctions are an illegal extension of their power as is extending any decision beyond the participants.

Let's get back to original intent and a limited federal government that operates under God and within constitutional boundaries.
