END ABORTION ON 40th ANNIVERSARY OF ROE v. WADE

It's time to close the final chapter on the legacy of Roe v.Wade. I call for Rick Santurom to declare that he will do everything in his power to bring this to pass if elected to the presidency on 11/6/2012. January 22, 2013 will be the 40th anniversary of the infamous decision granting Roe an abortion. There has never been a federal law passed legalizing abortion in America; yet America has allowed 54 million preborn babies to be murdered in the name of choice.. All legislative power belongs to the U.S. Congress. The U.S. Congress needs to acknowledge that Roe v. Wade is not the law of the land since Congress has never passed such a law. Rick Santorum can re-energize his campaign by calling on Congress to affirm this fact and call for a return to the separation of powers as written into the U.S. Constitution.
