WE THE PEOPLE

Article 1, the preamble of the United States Constitution sets the spirit in which the rest of the constitution must be interpreted. It is intended to :
        form a more perfect Union
        establish justice
        insure domestic tranquility
        provide for the common defense
        promote the general welfare
        secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity

Which of these goals has Roe v. Wade accomplished ? It has certainly not brought justice to the preborn as abortion is the cold-blooded murder of a preborn child. And it has trampled on the rights of the father, without whom the fetus would not exist. It has not insured domestic tranquility as Christians are commanded by God to defend innocent life. And how is it securing the blessings of liberty to our posterity when it is killing 1/3rd of our posterity ?

Roe v. Wade has been the number one contributor to the demise of the American economy. God has a spiritual law that says you reap what you sow. We have been sowing death to the innocent and we are reaping death to the innocent. Don't have a job ? Thank Roe v. Wade. Is your son or daughter a casualty of war ? Thank Roe v. Wade.

Before the Supreme Court decides their next case, it should ask itself if that decision embodies the spirit of the preamble. The wisdom of our founding fathers should not be ignored.

Roe v. Wade must be reversed as a first step to restoring honor to America.
